To the maximum extent permitted by law, LetanAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, where you breach these terms or where required by law. Following termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive, including limitation of liability, will continue to apply.
